Frequently asked questions

Why does my PDF show “no fillable form fields”?

The form must have real fields (AcroForm). Scanned forms or forms with only lines need a PDF editor instead.

What does “Flatten” do?

It turns the answers into normal page content, so they can no longer be changed and look the same in every viewer.

Can I edit the form again later?

Yes, if you do not flatten it. Open the downloaded file here again and change the answers.
